A&M NV may process your personal data because you use the services of A&M NV, and/or because you provide A&M NV with it yourself when you fill in a contact or registration form on A&M NV's website. A&M NV may process the following personal data:

- Your first name and surname
- Your address details
- Your telephone number
- Your e-mail address
- Your IP address

A&M NV processes your personal data so that it can contact you by telephone if you request this, and/or can contact you in writing (by e-mail and/or by post) if for some reason you cannot be contacted by telephone.

In addition, A&M NV may use your personal data within the context of executing an agreement entered into with you, or to execute an agreement to provide services entered into with your employer, usually consisting of general services within the framework of mobile telephony.

A&M NV will keep your personal data only as long as is strictly necessary for the purposes for which your data are being collected. Your data will not be kept for longer than 3 years unless an agreement is made with you or a legal regulation specifies otherwise.

General visit data is kept on A&M NV's website, including the IP address of your computer and the time of request and data that your browser sends. This data is used to analyse visit and click data on the website.

A&M NV uses this information to improve the operation of the website. This data are anonymised as far as possible and is not given to third parties.

You are entitled to view, correct or delete your personal data. You can send a request to view, correct or delete to privacy@anm.be . A&M NV will react to your request as quickly as possible, always within four weeks.

A&M NV takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorised access, undesirable publication and unauthorised change. A&M NV's website uses a trusted SSL Certificate to guarantee that your personal data does not fall into the wrong hands.
