If you want to cancel your current active MAAE subscription plan, or want to switch to another provider, we first need to uncouple your number from your employer. For this, your number will be converted into a Proximus Pay&Go prepaid card with number retention. You will also keep your current Proximus SIM card. Once the conversion has been done, you are free to opt for an alternative private subscription plan or prepaid card at your own initiative (For the current Proximus rates, check on www.proximus.be)
